He responded really quickly to my call to check my 12 year old integrated dishwasher which suddenly stopped working mid cycle. After identifying the problem, and discussing the repair options, I decided it was best to replace it. Sean kindly ordered the model I wanted, and collected it for me He fitted the new one today, and took my old one away for recycling, this service is included in his very reasonable price for fitting. I found Sean on Google after Neff told me it would take two weeks to get an appointment for them to come out. I called Sean at 9:20 a.m. and was able to secure a same-day appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Sean arrived promptly at 12:00 p.m., and by 12:20 p.m. the problem was resolved. Sean explained the call-out charge upfront, asked about the issue over the phone, and was able to provide a rough estimate of any additional parts that might be needed for my dishwasher. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He worked quickly, left everything clean and tidy, and provided excellent service throughout. Overall, an AAA* company. I would definitely use Sean again and highly recommend his services.
